Join the Leadership Associates Network

Leadership Associates Network is an association whose superintendent members will have the opportunity to recharge their thinking and learn from fellow superintendents in a confidential and trusted small group environment. Each member will participate in professionally facilitated peer groups to explore challenging and pertinent issues.

Professional Support: Twenty hours of professional support that includes one of
the following:
– One-on-one superintendent advisement or;
– Four facilitated superintendent peer group discussions with one-on-one follow up

“Superintendent’s Connection”
Members will be provided a quarterly publication with ongoing updated research in areas such as:
– Leadership
– Teaching and Learning
– Education and Politics

Programs include:
– Superintendent Leadership Series
– New Superintendent Leadership Series
– Assistant Superintendent Leadership Series
– Summer Institute for Superintendents.

Board Self-Reflection Surveys Help District Governance Teams to Improve Cohesiveness

Leadership Associates regularly supports school district governance teams through a combination of online surveys by board members and formal board development workshops (which are based on areas of strength and need that are identified in the survey). Board members who have participated in these workshops report high levels of satisfaction with the collaborative discussions and opportunity to improve the efficacy of board governance in support of student achievement that comes with this respected and effective program..
