These protocols cover the increased use of technology to limit group gatherings, minimizing travel, respecting social distancing guidelines, and providing options for the conduct of designated meetings such as stakeholder input and candidate interviews.

– Four facilitated superintendent peer group discussions with one-on-one follow up

Members will be provided a quarterly publication with ongoing updated research in areas such as:

Board Self-Reflection Surveys Help District Governance Teams to Improve Cohesiveness

Leadership Associates regularly supports school district governance teams through a combination of online surveys by board members and formal board development workshops (which are based on areas of strength and need that are identified in the survey). Board members who have participated in these workshops report high levels of satisfaction with the collaborative discussions and opportunity to improve the efficacy of board governance in support of student achievement that comes with this respected and effective program..
